Smartreel Wire Reeler is a refillable rebar tying wire dispensing system. Worn on the belt, tying wire is always to hand precisely when needed. The wire is drawn through one of two openings on the side designed to accommodate right or left handed operatives. When the wire runs out, the cover plate is controlled with a flick of the wrist and the Smartreel can be refilled in seconds, without removing your belt. Used together with Mini Coil Tying Wire this convenient system is used for fixing steel and rebar in concrete reinforcement, to prevent unwanted movement while concrete is poured. Smartreel Mini Coil tie wire is made from 16 gauge annealed mild steel, the preference of steel fixers. Smartreel Mini Coils are 1.5kg weight, easily manageable on site.

Using the Smartreel Mini Coil System only the working end of wire is exposed and is under control in the users hand. Wire is dispensed as used for each tie, offering a simple and highly effective risk management tool.The Smartreel System increases efficiency as it gives the user a constant supply of tying wire at their fingertips without the stop-start process of using loose wire. The smartreel system gives the user both hands free to maneuver and place rebar with ease. This increases productivity of the steel fixers.

Smartreel Tying Wire Reeler Dispenser is used in conjuction with Smartreel Mini Coil Tying Wire. The wire dispenser attaches to the steelfixers belt allowing ease of movement. Tying wire is used for fixing steel and rebar in concrete reinforcement, to prevent unwanted movement while concrete is poured. Smartreel Mini Coil tie wire is made from 16 gauge annealed mild steel, the preference of steel fixers. Smartreel Mini Coils are 1.5kg weight, easily manageable on site. Smartreel Tying Wire is high quality 1.6mm 16 gauge and black annealed for softness and ease of use. The wire is bobbin wound to prevent tangling when used with the Smartreel.
