Applications

Correx boards can be used for a variety of both internal and external applications including the temporary protection of floors, walls, doors, windows and ceilings.

Correx boards are available in a variety of different thicknesses ranging from 2mm to 5mm with the crush strength and impact resistance of the boards increasing with the thickness of the board.

In addition to the standard range, anti-static and flame retardant versions are available upon request.

Standard – Used in general applications

Flame Retardant – All flame retardant grades have full LPCB accreditation.

Anti-Static – A high performance anti-static board for use in particularly sensitive locations such as Nuclear Power Stations.

Correx is the original twin wall fluted polypropylene protection board and has become the industry standard for most temporary protection applications, following its launch in 1974. It can be used both internally and externally for a wide range of applications within the construction industry including protection of floors, walls, doors, windows and ceilings and as a formwork material for concrete construction.

I ordered the 2mm, its good for shuttering when there isnt too much weight to hold back. Chose a thicker Correx if you need to hold ground back. Easy to move and cut on site.
