Products
Straight bars are available in 10mm to 40mm, and can be cut to any length to suit your needs up to 14 metres. As you would expect from a reputable company, all our reinforcement is CARES approved.
Helical can be produced in mild and high tensile steel. 6mm to 12mm helical from 140mm o/d to 600mm o/d with the number of turns to suit your order can be supplied at short notice. We can also supply these helical pre-sprung to the pitch you require.
We can manufacture Rings in mild and high tensile steel from 8mm up to 32mm in a range from 140mm o/d up to 2400mm o/d, to precise tolerances.
A comprehensive range of accessories are held in stock and can be dispatched with your steel order.
Delivery
At Lemon Groundwork Supplies, we understand that contracts are often awarded to you at late notice and there is pressure to mobilise to site immediately.
Next day deliveries can be accommodated by bringing extra production shifts online at short notice, and we know that delivery dates are vital and often a timed solution is often required.
Our production facilities are positioned on the M25 and M1/M6 motorway networks to be within striking distance of your sites. We run a fleet of our own vehicles, giving us ultimate control over our deliveries. This means that we can make prompt deliveries on the morning you mobilise your resource to site. All our vehicles are fitted with HIAB off load for your added convenience.
Cages
We have our own team of steel fixers that specialise in prefabricating pile cages. They have experience in making cages ranging in size from 100mm o/d to 2100mm o/d. We have a dedicated prefabrication area at our premises where we produce cages and we can offer welded prefabrication as well. Our fixers can also travel to site to undertake on-site fixing contracts if that is required.
